Custom Imagery – Make It Personal

In addition to our symbolic carvings, we offer fully personalized engravings to reflect your loved one’s passions, personality, or story. Our team can work with you to create a custom design that holds deep personal meaning.

Normally the imagery is carved on the front face only however each of the 4 faces can have their own unique carving along with words. This enables you to describe multiple facets of your loved one's life.

Details & Finishing Touches
The urn is supported by soft felt pad feet to protect surfaces and finished with multiple coats of oil and protective topcoat to enhance the natural grain and ensure lasting durability. Once the inscription is finalized, the Canadian Maple plate is securely affixed.

2. Provide Inscription Details
   We’ll request the information you’d like engraved, including the name, birth and death dates, as well as any quotes, phrases, or imagery you’d like included.

3. Approve the Design
   Bruce, our engraving artist, will create a digital rendering of your inscription for your review. This typically takes 2–4 business days. Once you approve and sign the PDF, we’ll move it into production.

4. Production & Delivery
   Your urn will be handcrafted. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready and provide tracking details once it ships.

Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on your region and will be shown at checkout. We usually ship via CanPar, UPS or other couriers.

Lead time for most urns with custom imagery is approximately 4 - 5 weeks. We do keep some styles of urns in stock for more urgent delivery when you need it fast - within 1 week.

Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping is also available at checkout for faster delivery.
